Biographical history

A.J. Temple was a Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve.

Scope and content

Fonds consists of:

  • Two copies of a report titled "Address by Rear-Admiral W.M. Landymore, Flag Officer Atlantic Coast, on the Occasion of Laying Away the R.C.N's White and Blue Ensigns at HMCS Stadacona, 15 February 1965,
  • A copy of the log of the United States Steam Saginaw Side Wheel under the command of Lieutenant Commander S. R. Franklin, U.S. Navy, at anchor in Esquimalt Harbour, 30 August 1866,
  • A programme of the World War II navy show "Meet the Navy" presented by the Royal Canadian Navy,
  • Two photo albums containing photographs of naval operations during World War II and of HMCS Donnaconna in Montreal.
